Aquest article explora la import\u00e0ncia i els beneficis de desenvolupar un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat en les oficines de farm\u00e0cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un Pla d&#8217;Igualtat \u00e9s un conjunt de mesures encaminades a garantir la igualtat de tracte i oportunitats entre homes i dones dins d&#8217;una empresa.
